Shipping policy

Delivery services will be counted based on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends), expect delays for orders placed on Thursday and Friday.

Free shipping using bluPort is provided for purchase amount above 40SGD. Alternatively, orders above 40SGD will be eligible for discounted Speedpost Delivery.

CuberSpace will not be liable for the lost of packages shipped via Singpost Basic Package (Non-Registered Article), therefore we highly recommended to opt for Speedpost or Blu Port options instead.

Large item of dimension above 65mm is categorized as oversize parcel under Singpost basic package delivery service. Free Singpost basic package is still available for purchase above 20SGD, however any additional charge incurred due to oversize parcel will be beared by the buyer. For larger parcels, bluPort options is highly recommended for greater security and faster delivery performance.

CuberSpace will not be liable for failed delivery attempts caused by incorrect input of shipping details from customers. Additional charges will be applied to the customers for a second delivery attempt of a corrected shipping detail thereafter.

CuberSpace is liable for fail delivery attempt caused by human error during parcel preparation.
